Pharmax is registered as a wholesaler for Drug and Medical Device with the State of New Jersey. We can locate sources of new products or second sources of supply, primarily for US pharmaceutical companies. Products that are usually not commercially available, are high in value and may include intermediates, fine chemicals or bulk activities. Quantities start with grams or kilos, then hopefully grow to clinical and commercial volumes. Projects can be done under a confidentilality agreement.

• We file Drug Master File (DMF) for API manufacturers.
• Design and help construct manufacturing facility for API in compliance with cGMP.
• Write SOPs, establish Systems and procedures. We also provide specific DMF's with US FDA.
• We act as the US agent for FDA Regulatory progress during listing and registration with FDA.
• We prepare you for Pre Approval Inspection.
